Ah, very foolish, once the budget goes through there will be cuts, less people and more higher paid management positions. The argument will be the Trump cuts are to blame, it will not make sense but than again did the cost cutting efforts of LLNS make sense during the RIF?

The rest of the complex has been cut by 70%+ since the 90s.
