How can anyone provide any substantive comments on this video? McMillan conveys no substance, content, or leadership.

You should know what to expect after six years of McMillan, and you should not be surprised. UC picked him and UC remains proud of his leadership. If you doubt this, just listen to the platitudes of praise lauded upon him recently by Napalitano.
I had hoped she wouldn't do this which is why I won't watch the replay. I almost vomited when McMillan introduced Rick Perry when he last visited LANL and Perry came out to the stage with his hands clasped kneeling in front of McMillan as if McMillan was a God or a messiah. Gaaakkk!
Next thing will be mandatory attendance at Charlie's all-hands to bloat the audience numbers for him to brag about. Oh, wait..
