But Anastasio may have actually been bit by Bechtel and like the walking dead he turned into Bechteillen. In fact all the UC people in some way where bit by Bechtel, that is how they took over. Why do you think LANS had the bonus system, they knew this method worked in Africa, Asia and and South America, you always buy off the locals. Bechtel made a lot of money off LANL, perhaps much more than we know. They may have also placed certain operatives in the right places to make sure they keep the contract. Bechtel knows how to make money.

Have you met Anastasio? He has no sense of money (clothes, car, etc.)....
Perhaps he is sort of the Michael Cohen of the NNSA. Buys and sells influence, fixes things, knows people who know people., will hook you up with what you need...ect. He probably works for Bechtel on the side as well along with whoever, you got the cash than he won't ask. He is a thriving fungus on NNSA/DOE swamp. There is money to made off this system and life will find a way.
Bechtel has the plan to make LANL grand.
