SEXUAL HARASSMENT
NNSA Could Improve Prevention and Response Efforts in Its Nuclear Security Forces
Did they have a conference in Las Vegas in a luxury hotel, with free booze, parties, and home made videos to do this report? I though GAO is one of th mos corrupt organizations in the government.
It is most unfortunate that it took a former Nevada National Security employee who alleged she was sexually assaulted, harassed by colleagues, and then retaliated against when she reported the incidents. So much for adequate training, expected conduct, accountability, and non-retaliation policies.

As long as the sexual harassment doesn't impact your wife, your daughter, or your niece, it's a big joke? Wow! Unfortunately, you are among others (mostly male) with similar perspectives and justifications when the sexual harassment problem is at a safe distance from family. Wake up.

You are assuming genders. The idea that sexual harassment is a male problem is outdated and harmful. Anyone can face harassment from any gender. People also have very different lived experiences so the idea that there are groups of genders with similar perspectives is very insular and biased. It is you that needs wake up, you have a perspective that probably benefits you and you feel threatened that that your privilege is going be lost.

You are being a troll. In case you are just naive the idea is that you cannot understand what it is like to face oppression, racism, and harm unless you have actually lived these experiences. What you can do is listen and believe, respect that that other people have different experiences in the world, and you will never be able to understand than because it takes a lifetime to know this.
You failed to answer the question. What is the difference between a "lived" experience and any other experience? Just an arbitrary word to try to apply more meaning to the statement? How do you have an experience you haven't "lived"? Just more woke bloviating.

Comments like those above are simply sarcasm designed to deflect the discussion away from a serious subject like sexual harassment. You could call this new blog rule “no rodeo clowning”
To be honest — and I have no dog in this fight except an expectation of logic — the question about “non-lived experience” is quite cogent. Assuming the words are facially valid, the ‘non-lived experience’ would be a hallucination or psychotic breakdown.
Seems like probing this is a prudent thing to do in an open, basically unmoderated discussion of public policy...
