Mason is giving his all hands talk.
The message is LANL is going to be doing pits and it is going fundamentally change the lab as we know it. Mason speech is pretty bad, did something happen to him, he sounds horrible. He seems to have a tremor in voice like someone has gun to his head. He still does not say stuff as dumb as McMillian. I understand the argument for pits it just seems like the best option would be to have separate PIT facility distinct form the lab.

The Mason speech was short but to the point.
1st rule: You do not talk about Pit Club.
2nd rule: You do not talk about Pit Club.
3rd rule: If someone yells "Stop!", goes limp, taps out, the Pit is finished
4th rule: Only two guys per Pit.
5th rule: One Pit at a time.
6th rule: No shirts, no shoes than no Pit
7th rule: Pits will be made only as long as they have to.
8th rule: If this is your first time at Pit Club, you have to make a Pit
