"After several months of frustration and slowing momentum for the solar industry"
Why was there frustration and slowing momentum? Biden took out wooden stakes and drove them into the oil and gas sector from day one of his presidency. It took an additional year and a half to get the green energy movement moving? Oh that's right, the green new deal got the trough filled for the piglets under the cover of a law to reduce inflation.
People in California have absolutely no understanding of the energy industry or the need of the country for energy and the power grid. And the economics of that situation is completely beyond them. They're feeling good with $6.50 for gas, while the rest of the country is around $3.60 or so. Totally clueless. But so woke and so green, so there's that.
But I thought California had the NIF, which is "bringing star power to earth?"
