I know that every time a bring this up, other posters just laugh or say it is crazy. The point ins
Civil war in the US is a real possibility, numerous professors have brought this up. However now some reports have come out that Canada is thinking about options if the US descends into civil war. I know it seems crazy but if Trump wins I do thinking people are going to accept that. If Trump loses and it is close some people are not going to accept that. The question is what are the labs going to do? We could be in a real bind about who the legitimate authority is.

“If Trump wins…if Trump loses”
Let me guess, you are not a Trump supporter. Your opinions are welcome as should the opinions of all USA citizens.
This article concerns a think tank in Canada thinking that there might be a civil war in the United States.
Do they propose a wall between the US and Canada?
Will they mobilize the Canadian citizens who are probably not as well armed as US citizens?
Is this a scare tactic for the Trudeau government to suspend some more rights of their citizens?

If there is one thing we should not tolerate it is MAGA.
7:58 your hatred of Trump, and your gross misunderstanding of National Laboratories is apparent. Please refrain from posting unless you have something of genuine value to add. Repetitive diatribes contribute nothing to adult discussions.

The Resistance to a New Trump Administration Has Already Started
An emerging coalition that views Donald J. Trump’s agenda as a threat to democracy is laying the groundwork to push back if he wins in November, taking extraordinary pre-emptive actions.
Maybe the labs should also prepare to be part of the resistance?
7:36 your creepy personification of “the labs” needs to stop. They are not, nor have they ever been, a political panic button.
