Boeing stock has been sliding since their aircraft discrepancies and claims of retaliation began. However, you can get a retaliation multiplier, when a for-profit contractor runs a National Laboratory for decades, without free market competition, and without fear of profit loss in real time. A cash cow indeed. Time for a change.
