When did the negotiation effort by the NNSA and LLNS for a 5 year contract extension start, and when was it announced to LLNS contract competitors, LLNS employees, and to the general public? Was there adequate transparency here?
Does the contract extension include an increase in the medical payment for retirees.? Right now, the coverage lasts about 8-9 months of basic Kaiser. Someone told me it had to be included in the yearly budget request. Also, none of the parties (emprean, UC retirees, or the Lab) could say when the last increase was. I'll vent here because none of the above mentioned seem to care
