This could be very useful for the labs. If NNSA can use the same technology to resurrect the Manhattan project employees and bring them on as indentured servants, there is a possibility that the quality of work could return to the former days, or at least match the Chinese. Like dodo birds, they have gone extinct.
It will turn out that Dodo birds where actually viscous man hunting predators and will wipe out the lab that resurrected them.
Bring back the Manhattan projects contractors retirement plan, bring back the ability to move between labs as work see fit and keep said benefits and then we will talk about the decline in the quality of work since the Manhattan Project era.
