Energy Department Scientists Barred From Attending Nuclear Power Conference
This wins the award for the most naive thing I've read all week: “Scientists shouldn’t be limited by political problems,” said Bogetic. “We are scientists. We need to communicate.”
This is a fake story. DOE scientists have been barred from working with the Russians for several years now. This started under the Obama administration shortly after Crimea.
This discussion looks a lot like a detailed history of the final days of the Nixon years, when everyone in the world except for Nixon and his closest staff had accepted reality. Charlie and his PAD and AD staff are still in the mode of defending the ship after it has already gone below the waterline.

I guess this statement implies that you are not a scientist. So it then kind of begs the question: Do you know what you are talking about?
9:31 am is correct, the rest of the world sees it clearly. It is only crazy bitter LANL cowboy-culture scientists who don't.
