Plutonium stolen from INL nuclear security experts. It was a tiny amount, for sure, but imagine the embarrassment to Battelle, the new LANL leader. Battelle runs INL.

Look deeper still and you will see that it is actually UC to blame...UC. See how this works. UC is behind all sorts of bad things that you don't know about. I know it may sound crazy but it is all it is all true!
Another post had already brought up that the stolen plutonium from INL must be due to LANL cowboys so you are bit late to the game. Do try and keep up.
