Tri-Valley Cares needs to be on this if they aren't already. We need to make sure that NNSA and LLNL does not make good on promises to pursue such stupid ideas as doing Plutonium experiments on NIF. The stupidity arises from the fact that a huge population is placed at risk in the short and long term. Why do this kind of experiment in a heavily populated area? Only a moron would push that kind of imbecile area. Do it somewhere else in the god forsaken hills of Los Alamos. Why should the communities in the Bay Area be subjected to such increased risk just because the lab's NIF has failed twice and is trying the Hail Mary pass of doing an SNM experiment just to justify their existence? Those Laser EoS techniques and the people analyzing the raw data are all just BAD anyways. You know what comes next after they do the experiment. They'll figure out that they need larger samples. More risk for the local population. Stop this imbecilic pursuit. They wan...

Scooby this is a twitter/Russian propaganda troll, get rid of it. You have to consider that with this blog it is going to be a conduit for
false information from Russia/Trump/Stupid people. I have doubts that Scooby will be able to distinguish false from real information, it is not an insult it is just the reality of our world. Can information be trusted to the average person? I do not think so.
So asking a question about a previous commenter's post (which has since been deleted by Scooby, so you don't even know about it) is "Russian propaganda"? You might want to hold your fire until you know you are seeing the enemy.

(1) It wants America to think Russia is no a threat
If LANL pit production is not slowed down the Ukraine war it might mean Russia not a threat. If however the war is slowing things down is shows Russia is a threat. The pit production was slowed and all sorts of thing could played a role and Russia invading Ukraine is one of them. Russia is a threat, they interfered with our elections, they invaded Ukraine and they want return to their fascists way of the old Soviet Union, and worst of all they have infected all our social media, on literally every facebook page, blog, twitter or chat board you will all the tell tail signs of Russian bots. There are whole news sites that are Russian propaganda now like Zerohedge, RT. and Fox.
They say things like masking for Covid is bad, we should not get involved in the Ukraine war, vote republican, Musk is genius, listen to Joe Rogan. They have brainwashed millions of Americans. My nephew just bought a Tesla the other day, and that could only happen to Russian interference. Trump, Musk, and Putin are literally the new fascists and that fact that people support them is proof of Russian interference.
Anyone familiar with ww2 knows all about the posters for civilians like "loose lips sink ships", " " they are listening", "buy war bonds".
We have the same problem now, Scooby and other bloggers make a platform for discussions, but anybody can post and anybody can listen, including the Russians. If you see Russian propoganda it is your job to call it out. Make no mistake any blog related to anything with national security will have Russians posting. They are real and they are here on this very blog. Call it when you see it, and let Boris know we are on him.

This is absurd. Putin has done everything he can to make the US, the EU, and every country next to him believe he is a major, insurmountable threat to them. Does "not a threat" Russia invade Ukraine? What nonsense. Your description of Russia's intent is ridiculous, but you are correct that Russia will take what it can get. The US, the EU, NATO, and the G7 must insure Russia fails and withdraws to it's pre-2014 territory.

It is not just the pre 2014 territory but Putin must be removed, Russia needs to dismantle big parts of its military, Russia also needs to pay reparations for the 2016 election.
I'll assume Russia doesn't agree that it "needs" to dismantle its military, and so will not do so. No country or organization of countries has the power to force Russia to do that, let alone pay your idiotic "reparations." Try to get a grip on reality. If Ukraine can be empowered by the West to drive Russia out of its pre-2014 territory takeover, that will in and of itself be an amazing miracle and is by no means guaranteed, depending on how much more military spending (taxes) you are willing to pay. Keep in mind that US armament stockpiles have been drastically reduced by aid to Ukraine, which I do not disagree with, but someone has to reimpose military readiness and do it soon. China is watching the US rapidly reduce its military readiness.
