Please provide a list of all tangible contributions that UC has made to operating LLNL and LANL in the past 25 years. For each one listed clearly indicate how it was specifically unique to the UC.
Other posters welcome to offer suggestions.

Which will drop everyone's salary by 40%, not just Charlie.
Looks like UC is putting in a bid and Bechtel is out! One other bit of minor good news is that our anti-UC troll will be going absoutly berserk about this.

If you "hear" it, you must be able to tell us who said it. Or you are just hearing things, which is my guess. You should connect with the "rumor has it" guy - you'd have a lot in common. Namely, no facts whatsoever. Maybe you are him?
THe RFP will change to 2.5% profit and Bechtel will bid with Battelle. Any takers?
