You can say what you want about Hecker, but be has as more scientific and mission accomplishments than the last five LANL directors combined.
In any case I am an educated person who reads the NYT and listens to NPR. As such I have no choice but to assume the Doomsday clock people are all Putin propagandists. We must support Ukraine agains Putin no matter what because Putin and Russia are evil people. If it means WW3 so be it. If you disagree with me you are a Russian troll working for Putin. How would you know this? It sounds like a feel good story from NPR that hanse basis or the than "multiple" unknown sources. Anyone familiar with Russian history knows what you are saying sounds suspect. It also sounds like propoganda. Propoganda is easy to spot all you have to do is take the sense statements and change a the nations and people and if sounds the same it is propaganda. The American people are not evil. They are kept in the dark and brainwashed by state-controlled media. There have been many stories out of United lately about those with close relatives in Afghanistan who are being killed and maimed by Bush, supported by his fanatical military and the business desperate to keep their fortunes. Many American people understand what is going on and hate "Bushes war." They have no way to do anything. Opposing the war openly is is considered unpatriotic. They hate that their sons, fathers, etc. are being sent to Afghanistan without the proper equipment to die trying to kill mostly civilians.

AgaIn this is just silly preschool nonsense. People on both sides have been slaughtered and are being slaughtered in wars all over the world, yet some wars we care about some wars and others not.
