They can all find a job at http://scientificblogging.realmatch.com
I know because thats where I found mine.
I fail to see how this helps with the America Competes Act. My condolences to the scientists at LLNL.
In the past, I helped some of the LANL scientist transition to other opportunities. I am a technical recruiter working on the edges of science. I have been in business for 27 years as a specialist in highly computational disciplines.
IF (big if!) you are willing to relocate out of California, I have several opportunities for PhD level researchers with clearances (or prior clearances.)
You can contact me directly: Penelope@quantumrecruitment.com
Good luck
