The race for fusion
In the latest step to advance nuclear fusion technology, the world's biggest reactor has just opened for business in Japan.
“The project has been criticized for being over budget, behind schedule, and having to overcome technical challenges. However, if successful it could result in the development of bigger reactors and, ultimately, abundant clean energy.”
“When is NIF going to stop proclaiming, “net energy gain”? You cannot power the world with lies.”
What is equally true is one cannot power the world with wind, solar, and batteries in the near future, and to claim otherwise, is another expensive tax payer lie with significant economic consequences.
