This is the PULSE construction project in support of sub critical experiments… something that has been going on for quite some time at NNSS. Most of these experiments are a multi lab endeavor. At LLNL the true story is: Per Kim Budil’s comments at her all hands summer 2022 regarding her justification of a 10% retention bonus. This isn’t “really important work” as she put it essentially.
