Voted no.
No technical challenges anymore.
Salaries have been moving backwards compared to cost of living.
Management is making getting any real work done increasingly difficult.
This question is flawed. No one has a "career" at LANS or LLNS. We have jobs or as my friends in Mexico say "hale".
