Didn't former LLNL PAD Frank Russo go up there to fix that project for Bechtel?
I am sure Russo will be as useful to Hanford as he was at LLNL. And probably for higher pay to boot.
Another good place to cut.
Drop Frank in one of the high-level waste tanks. Double-walled so his essence doesn't ooze out.
Dropping Russo in a waste tank would be bad. He'd get out, leaving a leaking tank behind and then move onto the next site in the complex to perform his magic.
