It is not over
I guess the opera isn't over until the fat lady sings:
I thought one of the points of choosing Triad for NNSA was that it would be non-profit. Hopefully this Triad will not have to pay the taxes. Again there is plenty of evidence that this money is abused, wasted and creates corruption.
