Worse than reported

Employee was injured worse than Wallace indicated 

It is good news that the accident was not fatal, but the new report adds a higher level of severity to the event.

I thought it was just one incident so no big. As Wallace said this is the best year Los Alamos has ever said since it opened.

Wallace said the exact same thing- did not catch contamination on first survey then bioassay results showed an uptake.
