Craig Leasure was a completely clueless Deputy to Scott Gibbs when Gibbs was AD for OPS at LANL ten or 15 years ago. I can't imagine he has learned much since then, but is still surviving as a yes-man suck-up to whoever he works for, while happily wielding the hatchet whenever necessary.
Leasure was also Chief Gofer to Mikey's hatchetman.
