Just as competent as our president
Look like LANL senator saved their asses again. For what, I haven't a clue but we're going to have 12,000 people at LLNL doing something....What happened to that 2200 to be RIF'd. Wait. I know. They cut LLNL RRW project and now LLNL will have to get rid of 2400 people. yea, that's it. Good planning.Maybe NIF will get fully funded for the next four years or so.

Both are more competent than the idiots who voted all of them into power in the first place.
