A poor job of PhotoShopping, but then again it matches the poor planning of Congress, NNSA and LLNS.
Not photoshopped, just cut and pasted. I don't see any reason why would I spend more time making it look good or real, just like the way your LLNS are treating us. I'm sorry you did not see the humor in it. You remind me of the Mac guy on the Mac/PC commercial TV ads. Pretentious, better than anybody else, too cool. Now this is your chance to correct my grammar and speeling too.

It was not my intent to be critical of the technique. I thought its "crudeness" matched the method of how the transition has unfolded. I guess my attempt at a humorous juxtaposition fell flat.
And I don't drive a Mac.
