I heard that the only DOE contracting officer in recent memory and the only one that I know of who had the courage to hold a contractor at Los Alamos accountable is going to a new position - Mr. Robert Poole. In the interim DOE area office contracting function is being managed by the Albuquerque office. Can anyone confirm?
