We probably won't get a perp walk out of this. But wouldn't it be fun if the person(s) responsible for forcing these seminars onto these "privileged" managers who had to write papers admitting their "faults" had to him/her/them self be forced to write AND PUBLISH a paper stating they were way out of line. Sort of like having to write on the blackboard "I will not force my Social Justice Warrior beliefs onto others."
When you start forcing people to believe (or at least fake to believe) in a single philosophy you being to approach why the nuclear weapons complex of the United States was established. Remember that the Manhattan project came from the fear that Germany had the knowledge of splitting the atom and we had to develop the weapon before they did.
You may not like what the nuclear age has brought, but the fear of a totalitaristic regime is why we are where we are. If you want such a regime, start by the re-education of the people and the Sandia Seminars are an example of that process.

Capitalism is just another form a Facisim, hence why Antfa is fighting the good fight. WWII was about who would get the booty from the world, capitalism or facisim. The exception was Russia of curse. All the training was an attempt to allow some form of equality. It is to open your mind to your unearned privilege and yes you should be forced to do so since it is unfair to others.
My prediction is that the DOE secretary is going to be cancelled, this story will end up on buzzed and hopefully this will become mandatory for everyone at the NNSA labs and will be the first step.
I think Sandia crossed the line by singling out one group, white men, for re-education. They could have had a general seminar with the same content and not gotten into this kind of trouble. Once you start to target certain groups within a federally funded facility, you probably trigger all sorts of civil rights violations. By the way, I have found people at Sandia to be very kind and down-to-earth. Why was this seminar necessary?

There are no body cams or other audio/video recordings in LLNS ranking sessions where ones career holds steady, modestly progresses, is modestly waning, is over sold, or attacked.
The career dinner plate, is your ranking, and that is done in secrecy. The meat and potatoes on the plate is your secret ranking results. What you see, the appraisal, is just the parsley. If one is worried about Lab workplace bias issues, seminars, admission of guilt essays, scouts honor pledges to be better, are just BS go through the motions compliance.

It might just work this time around. Besides what do we have to lose. In case you have not been paying attention American is now utterly broken. racists and corrupt. For large sections of the population they are worried about getting killed by the police every day simply for existing. Sure you might be right that the system will just collapse but again I ask you what do we have to lose at this point.
