C'est Horrible! Incroyable!!! As bad or almost as bad as the other two labs! Or maybe my standards are just too high and they are all doing well by normal standards.

Yeah NIF only lost a fraction of that amount in performance based fee for missing the ignition milestone.

What disturbs me the most as a taxpayer is why does it take DOE 6 years to address this issue ?

I heard that a couple of people in the Materials Chemistry department (including Adam Rowen, the manager) at Sandia booked a trip using Sandia funds to Hawaii to attend the 2012 ECS meeting. That is definitely a waste!

Adam Rowen (manager of the Materials Chemistry department) from Sandia National Laboratories does not have a Ph.D.
