Our new Nuclear Notebook focuses on US Forces. Hans Christensen and Stan Norris discuss New START, the Obama administrations long-awaited nuclear weapons targeting review, and much more in this free article from our March/April digital Journal. I hope you find it of interest!

This is a great update on US nuclear forces. Much "behind the scenes" research was apparently done, but the result is fairly accurate and could provide the interested public with a factual, realistic view of nuclear weapons utilization in today's world, without political spin. That is, if there were any "interested public." There isn't, unfortunately for all of us.
