Are LLNL and LANL getting new employees?
I predict that the NNSA labs will get a bunch of new employees coming from former Federal Government workers.

What skills will they bring to the mission(s) of the weapons labs?
Stonewalling, impeding progress, sucking up overhead, diverting funds to local economies and constituents, generating additional forms and policies. All very much in style at the NNSA labs over the last 30 years since the end of the cold war.
