You were a LLNL DEI hire? Now what?
How does LLNS remedy DEI hires and promotions after the fact? Firing, demotions, freeze their pay until non-DEI hires catch up in salary? One challenge is DEI beneficiaries may have leapfrogged into their current positions, but now have job titles and job descriptions devoid of DEI identifiers.

LLNS will act like nothing is wrong and will put them in charge of ranking the non DEI employees, if said employee complains they are on the “doesn’t meet expectations” category.
You joke, but you should see some of the unqualified people who have been promoted in the weapons program. No technical ability, poor management skills, but phds in butt kissing higher ups. But upper management can parade the check marks they ticked.
