Weird. The DNFSB has almost destroyed nuclear-related work in the United States. I guess for once I agree with them. The board should be disbanded. They add absolutely no value.
Udall is for it? That may be the reason that OMB is against it, and it may not have much to do with the merits of the board. Sometimes Washington is a complex environment, and sometimes it is overly simple to understand partisan motivations.
