The scope and scale of the problem continue to grow. With this the cost to fix the problem continues to escalate, as does the time to address the growing list of concerns.

Looks like it's time to give ol' Charlie "GQ" McMillan a big executive raise for a job well done.
Would worry less about if Charlie is going to top 2M in total compensation, and worry a lot more about if the contract will be extended. Given the numerous public events of the past year, this could be the first glimpse into how Klotz will perform in his new job at NNSA. It is hard to see a way for him to extend the contract after LANL caused WIPP to be closed for the foreseeable future.
Wallace and Team Chavez, 6,000 experiments and counting, trying reproduce the WIPP drum that farted.
The important science of "drum farts"... come join us at the NNSA national labs!
You, too, can join in on this new, exciting scientific endeavor!
"Team Chavez"...almost an oxymoron.
I wonder if there's any relationship between drum farts and chili cookoffs?
If you have to perform 6,000 failed experiments to prove a hypothesis, perhaps you need to reevaluate the hypothesis?

Drum farts will cost more. Much, much more.
Did Chavez sleep through class when the scientific method was discussed?
Can't put this on Chavez. It is fully on Wallace, and the more that comes out the more it stinks.
20,000 experiments to reproduce the WIPP drum that farted and counting. McMillan has lost control of Wallace and Team Chavez.
The proposed Chavez theory for the WIPP drum that farted looks like a map of all the highways in the U.S. The path (i.e. chemistry) the drum took looks like the backroads from L.A. to New York City.
