- With female managers and male employees, engagement level is 29%.
- With male managers and female employees, engagement level is 31%.
- With female managers and female employees, engagement level is 35%.

Thank you for the additional link. I've been collecting articles from mainstream publications about sex superiority. So far, I've come across 26 recent articles that claim women are better than men at given tasks. I've come across 0 articles that claim men are better than women at given tasks.

The conclusion is that either women are better than men at everything, or that these articles and the people who report them are examples of misandry (hatred of men).

A journalist or anyone who wrote that men are better than women (or that whites are better than blacks) would be immediately fired -regardless of the data. But it is acceptable and even encouraged to write the opposite.

These articles say much more about the overwhelming discrimination against men than anything else.

A lot depends on exactly what "engaged" means, doesn't it? A man probably would have undestood that, but the man-hating woman who wrote the article didn't. Hmm.

The article is from Forbes. Hardly a lightweight organization...
.. and a strategy being followed by the lab that will pay dividends.

What discrimination? Care to give any examples, or is it just your inferiority complex going bonkers?

LANL: Out of the 5 PADs, name the woman. (Hint: nobody)

I can show data that any race I choose is better than any other. BS is BS. Noise is noise. It stinks no matter which hooker pitches it.

The key is competent analysis.

You cite a poll as data?

This must explain the reason I see more homeless men
with cardboard signs asking for money at the street
corners then women.
