Go look up local newspaper articles from the regions where NNSA does business and see if any of the other locations have this issue. Why is it that only in Northern NM the community is in line for an ever larger handout?

It's Los Alamos "National" Laboratory and not county or city. The first priority for the RFP is doing the best for the nation, and a not-for-profit contract would seen to provide the best value to the country.

LANL is the economy in north central NM. LLNL is couch change in the bay area. That's the difference.
