Wow, Director Wallace must be channeling his thoughts from Bizarro World. This certainly doesn't look like some type of big LANL win to me.
LANL could be shutdown and Director Wallace would be crowing: "Huge win as massive cleanup and demolition jobs to grow in Los Alamos over the next few years!".
This is the same guy who couldn't even get the badly needed Science Complex building constructed to house lab scientists working in decrepit, mice infested trailers and 50+ year old buildings with badly leaking roofs.
Wallace's only concern during the contract transition seems to be getting his name and photo out in public as many times as possible. His priority seems to be his own legacy, not LANL's.
