Hey Sandia folks: Did anyone read the e-mail that the SNL director sent to everyone about the illegal lobbying scandal? Was it just me, or did that sound so insincere?

Insincerity is the right word to describe Sandia culture. It stems from an insecurity of not being a real physics lab, which spurs a "oh so you think you're better than us" and "who do you think you are" little-village mentality when it comes to outsiders and criticism.
