At the end of the 2nd public Defense Facility Nuclear Safety Board (DNFSB) session, many folks during the comment session stated that Lab leadership and representative (Rich Kacich, LANL Deputy Laboratory Director) didn't have the courtesy, respect, or professionalism to listen to stakeholders. The message the Lab sends to the community by doing this speaks for itself.

Kacich abruptly departed the hearing at the start of the public input session, which only lasted about 20-minutes.
