To DHS: No terrorist threats on this blog. Just bad LANL (and LLNL) management coming to light.

Monitor away bozo's. The last thing you should ever do is allow the government to instill fears so as to shut anyone up. Have a good time trying fools.
Neither DHS nor the entire US government has enough people to do this without automation. They'll structure the software such that the number of "positives" requiring actual human review falls within their manpower capabilities, which means of course that "false negatives" will prevail, and we'll be no safer than before. Makes a good sound bite, though.
No need for DHS to closely monitor this blog. That work is already being done by NNSA and LLNS.

The question is, will they listen and learn anything. I doubt it very much especially after I saw the article about the labs will no longer be bid out and paying $80M plus to LLNS is better then paying $8M to UC. Can you say, "bad case of cranium rectum inversion".
So DHS, a bureaucracy cobbled together after a terrorist attack will monitor the complaints of folks about a NNSA site (NNSA cobbled together after series of security and safety incidences) which is a subsidiary of the DOE, a bureaucracy cobbled to together after the oil embargo.
I am sure that they will bring all the expertise to the table that DOE and NNSA have used to run the nuclear weapons complex.
It's better to be lucky than talented because red tape trumps talent any day of the week. And twice on Sunday.
