It is a pretty big slam against Nestec, who have lost the award twice in less than a year. And Northrup now has only a secondary role helping Honeywell manage Sandia. One wonders what Nestec and Northrup did or didn't do to fall from grace at NNSA, and what Honeywell did to become the new favorite.

Simple. Honeywell's strength was the management and transition of the Kansas City Plant to the new site south of the old Kansas City plant. Their weakness is lack of Nuclear Operations experience. Interesting to see who they bid as key players.

Agreed on the key players. They drew pretty hard on teaming partners and new key hires with the Sandia win!

I hear Ed Moses will be the new President.
