Rename Sandia?

Now that the Sandia Corporation is no longer running Sandia, shouldn't its name be changed?

Lockheed is getting LANL, so it is written, so it should be done.

Written, really? WHERE?

Lockheed sold its portion that works with NNSA to Leidos - the reason for the Test Site contract debacle. So unless the fighter jet arm wants a piece of LANL, you're dead wrong. Shocker for this blog.

With NNSA bonobos at the helm anything is possible.

Sandia National Laboratories is owned by the government (NNSA), that name will not change because of a new M&O contractor. However, now that Honeywell won the M&O and Lockheed Martin is out, the name of the subsidiary serving as the M&O has changed from "Sandia Corporation" to "National Technology and Engineering Solutions of Sandia, LLC"
