I'll summarize the talking points for you:
SNL Director: "We're Number One! We're Number One! Ra... Ra... Ra... Sandia... Sandia... SANDIA!"
LLNL Director: "NIF, NIF, NIF.... NIFFY, NIFFY, NIFFY... NIF.... How I love you!"
LANL Director: "Please don't beat up on us any longer, please, please please.... oh no! AAARGH!"
haha. LANL also uses the occasional "look overthere! shiny object!" "look overthere! it's a dog!!!"
Parney uses "I" once in 10 pages.
Charlie uses "I" 10 times on each page.
Pretty glaring difference in the two.
They must have deleted the "um"s from Charlie-Boy's talking points.
