This BLOG is for LLNL present and past employees, friends of LLNL and anyone impacted by the privatization of the Lab to express their opinions and expose the waste, wrongdoing and any kind of injustice against employees and taxpayers by LLNS/DOE/NNSA.

Cost savings. Get used to it. What you think LLNL is, Google? Next you are going to expect a fully stocked water cooler. Shhesh! Rainwater--its fresh.

Uh okay! I had no idea that you guys in the "Bicyle Leasing Office" we're so sensitive.
New rule from the Bechtelian management team:
You want a bike? Then go buy it yourself!
As for us, we'll continue to keep our LLC leased luxury automobiles, peons.

I expect they are locked up for safety reasons; the hard tires are jarring, the rear "saddle bag" baskets interfere with getting on and off, the unusual rake of the front wheel makes steering tricky, two kick-stands!? - why, one would WANT to wear a helmut when using one.
They were all brought into the maintenance shop to get more kickstands installed...2 on the other side!
They're coming back now.
I heard they were getting training wheels--for those who don't wear helmuts.
Wait a minute - you mean we're supposed to be wearing Helmuts, not helmets? Those German guys are going to be pretty busy sittng on everybody's heads.
