SNL leadership team

If the NNSA decision on SNL holds up, and there are lots of reasons why it may not, what does this say about the current SNL leadership team? The first sitting Lab Director to lead a losing M&O contract bid. Wow! Maybe Jill wasn't qualified to be in that chair after all?

She was unquestionably unqualified for the position.

You are joking, right? Jill was installed by Moniz to fill his affirmative action quota. Read her resume, she doesn't even meet the most basic requirements. He'll, he might as well put Queen Latifah in there. At least the lab would have gotten more public interest and notoriety.

That's right, Moniz picked her because he wanted to have a female in the slot. Qualifications for the position where not considered in his decision.
